The eligibility criteria and details of the process are set out in Appendix 5 of the Hackney Carriage Plate Allocation Policy and Process.
If, having read the information, you wish to register your interest email us at licensing.team@colchester.gov.uk, you must include your name, address, and contact number in the email.
The deadline date for expressions of interest is 17 March 2022.
Once you have registered your interest you will be allocated a number which is your number for the draw.
The draw will take place at the Licensing Committee meeting to be held on 23 March 2022 at 6pm.
At the time of registering your interest you are not expected to have a suitable vehicle. The requirements concerning the vehicle apply only once it has been confirmed you have been successful in the draw.
